Highlands County, Florida Residents, Here is How It Works:

Who uses Legal Document Preparers?
Pro Se Litigants who want to save money and be in control of their legal lives.

Many people think that they must hire an attorney to have their documents properly prepared and filed. Hiring an attorney is a big expense and oftentimes, these filings can be handled by a document preparation service.

Hinkle Legal Document Preparation can help you save time and money and offers document preparation services to those in uncontested legal matters and in accordance with all court rules.

The court process does not have to be thought of as an impossible task anymore.

Pro Se (self-representation) could be the way to go for you

Judith will guide you through the court process making your pro se 'self-representation' as easy and painless as possible.

From there, all you do is submit the documentation to the court, and pay the filing fee.

Once filed, you will be notified in the mail or by a phone call about your hearing date, which you may or may not have to attend depending on your legal situation.

I am not a lawyer; this is a document preparation service designed for the person who wishes to represent him or herself in court proceedings.

Are you an unwed Father? In Florida unwed fathers need to be especially aware of their need to file a Paternity Action to be sure that they have full paternal rights. Your name on the birth certificate is not enough to ensure that you will have ongoing contact with your children.
